Blossom

A Postpartum Journey for Muslim Mothers

Birth is not only the arrival of a baby.

It is the birth of a mother.

Yet while pregnancy and birth often receive much attention, the postpartum period is frequently overlooked. Women are expected to recover quickly, carry on as before, and navigate one of life's greatest transitions with little support.

At Fitra Care, we believe postpartum deserves reverence.

Blossom is a four-part postpartum journey created to honour mothers during this sacred season. Through faith-centred reflection, holistic postpartum education, gentle healing practices, and meaningful sisterhood, Blossom offers a space where women can feel seen, supported, and deeply nourished.

Hosted at Rumi's, each gathering invites mothers to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and receive the care they so often give to everyone else.

Whether you are newly postpartum or navigating the early years of motherhood, Blossom welcomes you.
